AED units are easy to use but what do you do with them once you have used them? It is important to get the AED ready for a possible next use. This video covers what you need to do but it is simple as you have to clean any dirt off the unit, throw away the old pads and put new ones in the AED. Replace any of the accessory kit that you have used and check the battery and function of the AED. Finally record what you have done in the AED logbook.
